The Patient Profile page gives you a dedicated view of all the details for each patient.

At the top, you’ll see the patient’s name alongside an Edit button, allowing you to update their information.

Below the name, you'll find key details:

  • Status (active or inactive)

  • Age

  • Category (adult, child, or couple)

  • Session type (in-person, remote, or hybrid)

To the right, aligned with the name, you’ll see two buttons:

  • Email — opens your default email app to send a message

  • WhatsApp — opens WhatsApp on your computer for quick communication

Next to each button, there’s a dropdown, where you can select a template you’ve created. Once chosen, the email or message will pre-fill with the sender, subject, and content, ready for a quick review.

Further down, you’ll find several tabs to organize your patient’s journey:

  1. Clinical Notes — where all clinical observations and session notes are recorded.

  2. Psychological Intervention — a free-form space where you can log initial assessments, goals, and progress. You can use built-in templates (like an initial evaluation) or create your own. We’ll cover this in detail in a future guide.

  3. Questionnaires — here, you can share custom or built-in questionnaires with your patients. Once completed, each patient’s responses appear here, giving you a full picture of their progress. We’ll explore this in depth in another guide.

  4. Sessions — this tab lists all sessions you’ve conducted with the patient. You’ll see the date, time, payment status (paid or pending), and invoicing status (whether the invoice is issued or not). Note that ID doesn’t issue invoices—it simply tracks them. You can also edit sessions if you need to adjust the time, value, or other details.

This overview introduces the Patient Profile page. In the next section, we’ll take a closer look at each tab and how you can use them to track and manage your patients’ care.
